Heating Directions: Plastic jars for microwave (to be used as a quick prep for metal heaters): microwave on high for 1-2 minutes (do not use directly on client after microwave). Open the jar and gently stir. Pour wax into a metal can that can be used with wax heaters or pots. Always test the temperature of the wax on the inside of your wrist before using. The temperature should be comfortable. Never apply to hot. Metal cans for wax pots: place can into the heater. Warm until all hair remover is liquefied. Reduce intensity of the heat, so that hair remover is a lukewarm liquid. Always test the temperature of the wax on the inside of your wrist before using. Never apply hot. The wax should be used while in a fluid consistency.

Application Directions: 1. Cleanse the area to be treated with a gentle toner. 2. A very minimal application of talcum powder is recommended on dry skin (excluding lip, underarms, and bikini line). 3. A very minimal application of Azulen Oil allows easier removal of the wax. 4. Dip the spatula into the hair remover, and wipe it’s underside on the edge of the can. 5. Holding the spatula upright spread a very thin layer of wax in the direction of the hair growth. 6. Place, then smooth, an epilating strip in the direction of the hair growth so that it adheres firmly. 7. Pull the strip off sharply against the direction of the hair growth, and as close to the skin as possible. Do not pull up into the air. 8. Press your hand lightly over the area which has just been treated. 9. After the entire area has been waxed, apply our Azulen Oil or Body Nourishing Cream to calm, soothe and clean the skin. For upper lip, and bikini line areas, a very small amount of our Bio Soothing cream can be applied for extra calming benefits. Please note that the temperature at which Azulen wax should be used varies according to the temperature of the skin and room temperature. In the winter, when the skin is cold and dry, it is recommended to apply the wax at a slightly higher temperature.
